CSG 425
A unique high-point vent valve designed to de-gas excess methane in CSG water-gathering lines and Well Head Skids that run at pressures less than 2500 kPa:
- 316 stainless steel body rated to 2500 kPa
- patented two stage venting mechanism
- full venting function from 20 kPa to 2500 kPa
- will not jam or leak; vented gas is “dry”
- outlet can be plumbed back into gas line
(methane/carbon emission elimination) - ability to operate in poor quality water with solids and coal fines – no strainer
- able to operate effectively up to 12 degrees off vertical centre line
- optional RMA – Riser Muffler Assembly for atmospheric discharge (Vent Stack Riser)
