Choosing the right product for a given application can be difficult, but the expert staff at Focus Valves make it easy. Where a tailored solution is required, we collaborate with the client to produce a bespoke design that meets exact specifications and performance requirements.
Product Training
At Focus Valves, we offer comprehensive product training for installers and maintenance staff. This encompasses:
- basic High Point Vent valve theory
- product Features and Benefits
- installation guidelines
- servicing and maintenance guidelines, and
- handy hints and operating tips.
Training is conducted at the Focus Valve premises in WA, or we can come to you.
Servicing & change-out
Clients can return their Focus Valve products to us to be refurbished, in which case each valve is re-certified with a 100% functionality test and issued with a new pressure test certificate.
Focus Valves also provides a ‘float’ service, whereby the purchase of a quantity of new valves allows for the establishment of a rolling change-out program. Infrastructure is thus 100% protected with effectively, zero downtime.
Alternatively, Focus Valve service kits can be purchased for self-servicing in the field.
Note: each valve shipment includes a detailed installation and operating manual.
